When I was 8 years old, I came to the United States from my hometown of Lima, Peru. I lived in New york until 13 and moved to New jersey. I got my first restaurant job as a busser at the age of 15. My career in the bar scene started at the age of 20 and i quickly fell in love with it.

I was so eager to learn so i read a lot of books to keep my knowledge up with everyone else that has been doing this for longer than i have. I have made this passion into a career and i utilize my journey to this country as my inspiration to better myself in anything i do.
