Happy Gaur

• 2 oz Gaur Spice Whiskey
• 1 tbsp Black raspberry preserves
• 3 dashes Fee Brothers Aztec Chocolate Bitters blackberries
• .25 oz fresh orange juice

1. Hard shake with ice all ingredients.
2. Strain through a fine mesh strainers into a coupe.
3. Garnish with an orange twists.
