Cinnamon Toast Crunch

• 1/2 orange
• 1 oz Butterscotch Schnapps
• 2 oz Gaur Spice Whiskey
• Champagne floater
• Cinnamon Sugar Rim
• Mini Cinnamon Toast Eggo Waffle

1. Muddle orange with buttershots, strain liquid into another glass.
2. Torch the orange.
3. Add whiskey and oranges to the glass with butterscotch. Shake.
4. Rim glass with cinnamon sugar.
5. Top with champagne.
6. Garnish with mini waffle
