Bitter, Spice & Everything Nice

  • 1/4 oz. Fresh squeezed lime
  • 1/4 oz. Black cardamom infused pistachio orgeat
  • 1/4 oz. Burnt sugar syrup
  • 1/2 oz. Blood orange syrup
  • 1 1/2 oz. Gaur spiced whiskey
  • Hard cider float
  • Garnish: Pickeled granny smith apple & pork belly dusted with granulated
  • honey
  1. Add black cardamom infused pistachio orgeat, burnt sugar syrup, and Gaur spiced whiskey to an ice filled shaker and stir.  Add blood orange and lime juices to the mixture and shake.  Strain the chilled cocktail into a coupe glass and top with hard cider float.  Garnish with pickled granny smith apple and seared crispy pork belly and granulated honey dust.
